Suds - 3 months

WHAT IS COLD PROCESS SOAP?
Cold process soap is made by combining oils and sodium hydroxide lye. That causes a chemical reaction called saponification (basically, turning into soap). This isn't your grandparents' lye soap (hellloo burning skin), this lye soap must go through a curing process of 4-6 weeks. Using cold process soap tends to yield a longer lasting soap. Say hello to less waste and bigger bang-for-you-buck!
WHAT WAX DO YOU USE IN YOUR CANDLES?
All waxes used are ethically sourced soy or beeswax. Soy candles take frangrance better and tend to have a better frangrance throw (think how far away you can smell it), but total burn time can sometimes be lower. Beeswax gives you that all natural smell, color, and longer burn time, but tends to be more expensive and lower fragrance throw.
WHAT ABOUT YOUR PALM OIL?
The palm oil used is ethically sourced and comes from a supplier that is a part of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil.
WHAT KIND OF FRAGRANCES DO YOU PUT IN YOUR CANDLES AND SOAPS?
With soaps almost all of the fragrance is essential oils, unless otherwise noted.
With candles the goal is always to use essential oils, but sometimes to achieve the smell we're after, a fragrance oil may be used.
Whether its smell is coming from essential oils or fragrance oils, we'll always be sure to let you know in the ingredients!
